im SO upset :(
not really upset.
but just kinda disturbed.

it really makes me feel alot better when i meet nice customers who suay-ly received defected items.
and they're really much appreciative.
in all sense.

and so, i met another customer.
she tells me my measurements are wrong.
usually if the measurements are off more than 2" i'll just refund the person already.
but this time.
its the way she measure it.
first she tilt the dress up, so the dress measured was shorter.
so after a few emails exchange, ALL WITH PICS ATTACHED.
i just tell her. putting it up on a hanger will be the most accurate.

in the end.
she just reply me the dress is 3" off from the length stated.
ask for my address.
without any pics attached this time.

from the way i see her pics, i can tell she got the correct length of the dress.
i just dont understand why must she try to use this approach.

u could have tell me u really find it too short.
u could have tell me u really dont look nice in it.
u could have find a real defect.
cos when i put it on a hanger, the dress is 1" off the measurement stated.

i might have just agree to exchanging for her.

and so i told her i wont be able to refund if what i measured dont tally with her measurements.
which i highly think i will be right.

im not complaining about her.
im just sick of it.

is it that hard to tell the truth?

the item was sold to her below cost price.
i could've gladly ask her to send back to me right if she say she doesnt want it.

i just dont understand.
why she has to 无中生有 just to get a refund.

ahh forget it.
after ranting.

maybe when i receive the dress and its really not what she said.
i'll point it out to her.
AND STILL REFUND HER.
hahaha.

$14 for my happiness.
why not.

i'd been having really bad dreams lately.
