lies, integrity, ethical, whats not.

i hate dealing with problematic customers,
problematic email.

the other day was telling voon,
this girl fb message me and said she bought an item 1 month back, and it was a 'default' piece.
she cant even spell defect.
and she was unhappy blah blah.

when i saw the one month.
i practically dunno how to reply.

ok nvm, so i asked her to email us the transaction emails,
cos i couldnt find her name on my gmail search.

i dunno, but why do people always reply so curtly when i reply with all smiley faces and everything?

she gave me her email and ordered me to search from there. -.-

searched.
transaction was 2 months ago - mar 18.
WTF RIGHT.

but anyway, i still offered her a 5% off.
and reminded her our t&c stated items found with defect should be informed and returned within a week.
2 months is too long lor.

so she replied she was overseas for month.
she never say 1 or 2.
so i gave her the benefit of doubt of 2.

i didnt reply her.
checked her fb.

she was around during election period. - early may
she had been updating fb status with her iphone - if ure overseas wouldnt it be damn ex?
she managed to check that Grow & Share thingy by gov had been trf to her account. - apr 29
posted a pic of her fav pokka thing in a place that looks more like home than hotel - apr 16
checked in at woodlands cwp - apr 2
yew tee mrt - march 26
caught battle of los angeles - march 20.

for the past 2 months,
she had been consistently updating her facebook.
ok, u get my point now right?

do people even feel anything when trying to give false excuses just to get what they want?

blatant lies.
